The 42nd annual Daytime Emmy Awards aired on Pop TV yesterday. The Pop network is a joint venture between CBS Corporation and Lions Gate. Check your cable network for the channel in your area.
The show was filmed at Stage 16 of the Warner Brothers Studio in Burbank, California. There were many daytime TV celebrities in attendance. Here are a few of my picks for best dressed. First up is The Young and the Restless star Kelly Kruger in a plunging V-neck sequin gown.
Not everyone can get away with showing their midriff. But Kelli Goss can. The Young and the Restless actress looked great in her sparkling white springtime dress.
NBC's Days of Our Lives recently celebrated fifty years on TV. Cast member Alison Sweeney made my list in her navy vertical satin striped trumpet gown.
My favorite dress of the award show was worn by Bold and the Beautiful actress Linsey Godfrey. Her red beaded and shear dress with a train was designed by Paolo Sebastian.
The host this year was the gorgeous model, actress, author, and producer Tyra Banks. She is the host and judge for Next Top Model that has been on the air since 2003. I love her short haircut with her sassy black jumpsuit by designer Bryan Hearns.
